Community Support

For implementation questions, design advice, and time-insensitive issues, connect with us and other developers on your platform of choice. These are public spaces, so please keep account-specific details out of them and email us instead. We can't guarantee a response on community channels.

Official Support

Email is our only official Support channel. It's how we authenticate you as the account holder and the right place for anything related to your account, billing, or sensitive implementation details. A whole team of humans monitors the inbox.

What to Include in a Support Email

You will get a faster, more useful answer if the first email includes enough detail to reproduce the problem and we can find your account. Useful things to include:

  • The email address on your account, if you aren't emailing from that address.
  • The APIs you are using, any errors you are receiving, or expected behavior.
  • If you can reproduce the issue in a browser, include a HAR file. This guide on gathering debugging information will show you how.

You can expect a response within 48 hours, often much sooner. Response times cannot be guaranteed without a Support SLA on an Enterprise plan.
